I am not currently paneled with insurance companies.

Out of Network Reimbursement
I am able to provide a superbill for you to request reimbursement with your insurance provider. I cannot guarantee reimbursement rates or the number of sessions your provider will cover.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled the day prior to session with no fee.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
If you are uninsured or self-pay, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the cost of services. Under the law, you must be provided with an estimate for billing prior to the start of services. You also have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate at any time during treatment.
